Zuly Maribona
Zuly Maribona is a co-founder of ZLJ Solutions, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience across operations, business development, organizational strategy, and team development. She works with businesses to strengthen the connection between their people, operations, and growth goals — helping leaders build stronger teams, improve how their organizations run, and create the structure needed to support new business and long-term client relationships. With deep roots in Southwest Florida and extensive experience working with businesses and teams throughout the region, Zuly brings both an executive perspective and a strong understanding of the local business community. Her approach to growth is people- and relationship-focused, with an emphasis on developing leaders, strengthening client relationships, improving service and performance, and building teams capable of supporting continued growth. Through ZLJ Solutions, she helps business owners create organizations that are positioned not only to grow, but to sustain that growth.

Lexy Motes
Lexy Motes is a co-founder of ZLJ Solutions, an HR and business consulting practice built for small and growing businesses that need dependable, hands-on guidance without the overhead of a full in-house team. She works across three areas: helping startups and growing businesses build their operations from the ground up, developing marketing and go-to-market strategy, and putting the right HR and people practices in place so teams can scale with confidence. A Naples native and graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Lexy has deep roots in Southwest Florida and a genuine investment in the businesses and community here. Now based in Bonita Springs, she works with clients across the region and around the country, bringing the same care and consistency to every partnership.

Joe Motes
Joe Motes is a co-founder of ZLJ Solutions, bringing a strong background in sales, business development, operations, and market growth. He works with businesses looking to strengthen their sales approach, expand into new markets, and build the relationships and operational foundation needed to support long-term growth. Throughout his career, Joe has helped develop markets from the ground up, establishing key relationships, identifying new opportunities, and turning business goals into practical strategies that teams can execute. A Southwest Florida native with deep roots in the region, Joe understands the value of relationships, reputation, and community in building a successful business. His approach is hands-on and relationship-driven, combining sales and business development with the operational structure needed to support growth. Through ZLJ Solutions, he helps clients build stronger connections, create new opportunities, and develop a foundation that can grow with their business.
