My Story
My Story
I grew up in Naples, Florida — a place I've always called home. From Barron Collier High School to Florida Gulf Coast University, my roots in Southwest Florida run deep, and they shape everything about how I work and who I work with.
After graduating from FGCU, I built my career in human resources and organizational development, working across industries to help businesses navigate the complex, often overwhelming world of HR compliance, hiring, and team building. I saw firsthand how small and growing businesses were underserved — they needed the same quality of HR support as large corporations, but without the overhead of a full in-house team.
That's why I founded ZLJ Solutions. My mission is simple: bring personalized, people-first HR and business consulting to the businesses that need it most — right here in Southwest Florida and beyond.
